This is link-free, so feel free to link as you please. If you plan to use one of my banners, you must use it in your server. This causes the site to crash down if you hotlink the banner. Basically, just right-click the banner, select Save Picture As", then save it as .JPG, .GIF, or .PNG. Whatever works for you. Host it in some sort of image hosting section, whether your own server or some hosting sites like Photobucket. Feel free to donate if you wish.

Here are the rules for affiliation:

1. Your site must be a personal site, meaning it should mainly focus on you, whether in art form, writing form, design form, etc. It shouldn't focus on your interests in series, places, or characters (AKA not shrine networks/fansites/fanlisting collectives/etc.).
2.Your site must not have used any pre-made layouts or anything without much knowledge of HTML. I'm not expecting expert work, but at least some good content in your site. That also means no pornography.
3. Obviously, your site must be somewhat complete, not under construction, or have 411 pages spammed all over your links section.
4. You must not have any stolen content. That includes fanart-based layouts (unless they are done by yourself, or if you were given permission to use it). No exceptions.
5. You need to have decent English, grammar, and spelling. I don't expect perfection, but no l33t stuff or whatnot.
6. When applying, please remember to give me a title of your site, a brief description, and the URL. If it doesn't belong to you, I won't apply it obviously.
7. You must contact me if your site closes, moves, or goes on hiatus.

Whimsical! is a very creative personal portfolio of my dear friend, Josephine. When entering, you already becoming enchanted to the cute designs and pixels. Josephine combines plenty of great entertainment with her site. Not only does she give facts on herself, offer pixels, but she also provides games for those who are bored, and even a cute "lost and found" game that encourages viewers to search through the site (and even better, she has fake ones lying around!).
